Just another night of scripture and prayer. I think we were listening to a conference talk.
For the couple of years we have been reading/studying about 10 minutes of Come Follow Me each night. Recently, in the past couple of months, we've mixed it up a little more because the kids get A LOT of the same few sections of the D&C each week. (Seminary every morning, Sunday School every other week and then our family evening study.)
We usually sing the Articles of Faith on the way home from Sunday night visits with family. We read missionary letters and a little bit of scriptures on Monday. We have recently watched about 20 minutes a night of the series Chosen, and then of course we do some of Come Follow Me during the week. It's been a nice change.
I looked around our family room and just had to crack up. It may not be the prettiest scene of family scripture study, but We Are Doing It! Go us! I sent these pictures to Brinley as well. I figured she'd appreciate and recognize the real life family view.
