Visiting Beck!

May 2013
Brian had a Area Bishop meeting in Dallas one weekend.  I was able to fly out early and have a BLAST with my little sister Becky.  We shopped and ate and slept....PERFECT!!  We also sent lots of pictures to tease our middle sister Britney, so she could see what all she was missing out on.  (She chose not to come...some excuse about having to teach seminary or something....hmmm.)

Wish you were here napping with us Brit!

We also sent pictures to our father to tease him.  He loves to eat!

Is Griffin the cutest thing in the world, or what?  He was the best greeter too.  Every time he saw me walk into a room, he would raise his hands up and squeal and come running.  Love my little nephew!

Pedicures!

Brian was a great sport and would join us for lunch and furniture shopping trips.

Another staged picture for Brit's benefit....maybe we should have been kinder? Hee hee

Father and Son Campout

April 2013

This is the first time in a year or two that the Father and Son campout has happened. I am so glad the weather cooperated because Brian and the boys had a BLAST.  I think our first ward group consisted of Uncle Kerry, Uncle Adam and Evan Sigler.  Parker and Tanner had so much fun exploring the campsite and great outdoors with their cousins and Brian enjoyed the men.
Fire and lots of junk...what's not to love?

Pinewood Derby

May 1, 2013
This was the first time (and last?) both boys were able to be in the Pinewood Derby together. Usually Brian spends about two weeks teaching, helping and working on the cars.  I think between packing for our move, Reagan homework, spring baseball times two, and Brian's church duties, we were lucky to have entries!  Both boys enjoyed working with their daddy to make some pretty cool cars.

Gram happened to be home from the temple and came to support the boys.

Brother Perry had cute treats.  These little cars made out of candy bars and Teddy Grahams.  As well, as a pit stop station with other themed treats.

Not sure where Tanner's uniform was...again, we were just lucky to be there with finished cars!

LOVE this grin!

Back to Blogging....I hope!

It's been a little overwhelming to get back into the groove of blogging.  I am so far behind.  I have decided to keep on plugging though.  I will skimp on some posts I wanted to do, but I think that is my only hope!  We are moved in and mostly settled.  Which we should be since we are at the three month mark.  One hard thing, with blogging, is the computer is sitting on a  box about two feet off the ground.  Not the most convenient or comfortable way to type away.  Oh the hardships of my life, ha!  Anyway, a toast to restarting this blog...I hope some family members actually read it. :)
