Bathroom Remodel

When we moved into this house nine years ago, two of the bathrooms were pretty outdated.  We were remodeling the kitchen and dining/play room/den areas plus painting, carpeting, and putting in knew fixtures throughout the house.  Aubrey's and the boy's bathrooms just had to wait.  Well, the time has come!

After getting three bids that were super pricey, Brian decided to tackle the project himself.  (One bid was $38,000 for both bathrooms.  Sheesh.)  He does good work.  It will take a lot longer but will save us so much money.  I can't wait for the beautifully updated bathrooms.

Here are some before pictures of Tanner and Parker's bathroom.  (This room and bathroom are actually the spare room now.)  Brian is putting in a shower, new tile, new counter tops etc.  He will also be making new doors for the cabinets.  Tanner asked him, in awe, how he knew how to do all this stuff.  Brian said, "I watched Grandpa and helped him sometimes.  I watch YouTube videos, and I like doing this kind of thing."  It was a very modest answer.  He is a very talented guy to have around.
