Friends

Brinley has the cutest friends.  They make her happy and that definitely makes me happy.  On Saturday, Charity and Morgan stopped by unexpectedly and basically kidnapped Brinley for the afternoon.  They went thrift store shopping and then came back to our house to hang.  Bryn had to finish her dessert for the YM/YW silent auction and then they were going to watch a movie on Netflix.  However, Charity and Morgan conked out hard on the couch.  Brinley just let them sleep for another hour and our family left for the activity.  Tanner kept saying "That is so weird. Why would they come over to a friend's house to sleep???"  I, however, loved that they felt comfortable enough to do so.

Brinley was really wishing she did not have to go to the activity but she is the class president of Young Women's right now so she went.  On the way home I asked her if she was going to hook up w/ "the girls" again and she kind of sighed and shrugged.  They had texted her and told her to look in her bathroom right away.  She was pretty sure they played a huge prank on her.  I thought maybe they toilet papered the whole thing.  However, it was even better.  They left a message on her mirror leading her on a scavenger hunt throughout the house to find out her/their plans for the evening.  They made Brinley's night.  Good friends are THE BEST!
