It's official. We have a house full of teenagers. Aubrey turned 13 last week. She had school all day and then a basketball game, and so we did not get to celebrate until about 9:00 that evening. We still need to pull out her journal from her early years and read some passages. We also haven't even had a cake. I did take her to Chic-Fil-A for lunch one day to celebrate. Her family party will be on Sunday night and then we will celebrate some more.
Grandma and Grandpa Gwilliam always time their cards just perfectly. Seriously, they arrive on the grandchild's birthday just about every time. They sent $13 to help Aub celebrate. Perfect!A smokey eye shadow set from the fam.
Tan gave her some Nerds.
Parker gave her Sour Patch and Brinley gave her Gushers. Aubrey was very pleased to have her personal candy/junk stash replenished.
From the family, she also received a powdered nail dip kit, nail polish, comfy gray sweats and a t-shirt to go with a pair of sports shorts she received at Christmas. We love this fun, spunky, smart, hard working, organized, independent, talented young lady. Happy birthday Aub Daub!
