Our girl is home! It's been so fun to see her pictures and hear her stories. She had a wonderful trip and made friends and memories that will last a lifetime.
.The locals surprised them with a banner and a sendoff dance at the airport.

After the Brazilians performed the dances they slipped off their skirts and danced in their sport shorts so the HEFY girls could join in the dances.
Goodbye Brazil, Hello Our Girl!
Bryn requested to stop by Chic Fil A for lunch on the way home from the airport. The funnest part for me was to see her good friend Taryn Brown, who works there, greet her. Taryn is super focused and a hard worker. When we have come into the restaurant in the past she will give a big smile and little waive but continue diligently working. This time however she squealed, jumped up and down and left her post at the drive through to give Brinley a big hug. It was adorable.
Aub was definitely ready to have her sister back.
Parker came out to the garage and greeted her with a big smile and hug...I just didn't get a picture in time.
Tanner hid beside the couch to try to scare her as she came in.
Brinley was so sweet to buy souvenirs for us. It was fun watching her unpack her suitcase to set out her gifts on the fireplace and hand them out. I felt like the roles were definitely reversed because that is what Brian and I do when we come home from a long trip. We love this girl and are so glad she is home. Next year when she is of to college is going to be tough.
