Cousin Gift Exchange

Due to Aubrey having the flu, we moved the big cousin gathering to Gram and Gramp's house.  It was so comfortable and fun.  I loved watching all of the cousins interact with each other.  (I also really appreciated my mom hosting because I was wrapping up another 35 monogrammed brush orders.  It was a relief not to have to pause that project to get the house party ready.)
Bri, Erin w/ Christian, La, Tan, Park and Adam (Brit, Hud and Char on the ottoman.)

Kerry, Holden, Stevie, & Grandpa (Grandpa is recovering from knee surgery.  It was weird because he was just calmly sitting in the recliner...so un-Grandpa like.  He is usually excitedly/loudly teasing and interacting with everyone.)

We had all sorts of treats.  Chocolate covered pretzels, divinity, pumpkin chocolate chip bread, chocolate chip caramel cookies, cinnamon rolls, apple cider, hot chocolate and more, I am sure.  Lincoln and Ella were quietly enjoying their treats before the gifts.
Snuggle couch!  Parker, Holden, Hudson, Lauron, Tanner, Brinley, Ella and Charity

A few of the gifts given and received:
Parker gave Charity a Comfy and a monogrammed brush.  Aubrey also gave Lauron those two gifts.
Braddock and Hudson drew Stevie and Aubrey and also gave Comfys.  So fun! (Stevie and Charity modeling the loveliness.)
La enjoying her Comfy the next day.
We took Aubrey's gift home to her.  She was a fan!  She turned on her fan so she could put on her Comfy without getting too hot.

Bryn gave Ella a Crayola color and wash pet activity set.
Erin gave Tanner a 1/4 zip red Nike shirt and some Nike socks.  Perfect gifts for Tanner.
Char gave Parker a huge package of Laffy Taffys and Beef Jerky, plus a cool Mojo football helmet wall hanging for his room.

The Adam Vore fam gave Brinley a new game: 5 second rule.  We will have fun with that and then she will definitely enjoy at school.

After the gifts were exchanged, everyone enjoyed mingling and exploring their gifts further.
It's nice to have Erin Meisje home from her mission.  She was home for a few days in August and then headed straight to college.
There was a crazy game on the couch of "Shock Potato."  Bryn set up her game at the table and several started playing.  Hudson took out his remote control car and the little girls played with their gifts.  Sure loved watching everyone interact.

Merry Cousin Christmas!
