The Gwilliam Reunion Finale

We missed Raspberry Days by one week but we didn't let that stop us from buying raspberries and trying Garden City's famous shakes.  Aubrey ordered Raspberry and Brinley ordered Raspberry Cheesecake.  I had a Nutella Brownie shake.  Brinley and I liked her flavor best and Aubrey liked mine so we did some sharing and all enjoyed.

Zips had the funnest decor.  Skis for the fence.  Boats for tables and this cool bench made from the tailgate of an old truck.

Bryn and Keith found a comfy seat while we were ordering a few shakes to take back to the group at the resort.
If you leave your phone out and about, Kayla and Kyle might take leave you a surprise selfie.
Scott bringing up the humongous pizzas.  They wouldn't fit through the door frame and he had to turn them sideways.
Griffin helping with the tight fit to the kitchen.
The pizzas were really good too!!!  (Karol, Bruce, Tyson, Grandpa, Scott and Tyler)

When Kayla was about 12 she came to a reunion and was always on her phone.  Karol would tease her and try to keep her involved with the reunion and off her phone.  I guess she hid it a time or two and McKayla said she remembers being so angry.  Karol was teasing Conner a bit about being on his phone and then a little dog pile ensued.  I think it's pretty cute how close Karol is with Keith's kids.

We left Bear Lake on Tuesday morning but our flight didn't leave until Wednesday morning.  Tanner, Brian, Kyle and Bruce did a little fishing.  Aubrey, Bryn and I were able to purchase the last three tickets to the musical "Freaky Friday" at the Hale Center Theater.  (Luckily Denise had already seen it and Lindsey was at soccer so we didn't leave them out.)  We were also able to stop by our friends the Hildabrandt's.  They moved from Odessa a year ago.   It was Aisha's b-day and we wanted to surprise her.  She was at a tennis tournament though.  Bryn is hoping to see her when we come up in 10 days for school.  We enjoyed visiting with Konrad and Deanna.

Grandma Gwilliam made this beautiful quilt for Brinley for graduation.  The colors are perfect and the pattern is amazing.  Brinley will treasure this always I am sure.

And that's a wrap for our trip to Utah.  We had a great trip.
